Argus Cement Head models:
- Drop Bar Cement Head
- The Argus Drop Bar cementing head is available in a single plug design only
- 4 1/2" thru 7" diameter to a maximum 5000 PSI working pressure
- Standard Service Cementing Head
- The Argus Standard Service cementing head features a four start pin assembly for releasing the Plug and is available in single or double plug configurations
- 4 1/2" thru 20" diameter to a maximum 7000 PSI working pressure
- Quik-Lok Cement Head
- The Argus Standard Service cementing head features a four start pin assembly for releasing the plug and Quik-lok connections for fast make up
- 4 1/2" thru 20" diameter to a maximum 11500 PSI working pressure
- Top Drive Cementing Head
- The Argus Top Drive cementing head is available in Drop Bar style to a maximum 5000 PSI, and in Standard Service style to a maximum 7000 PSI working pressure
- 4 1/2" thru 7" diameter
- Design provides fast positive connection
- Reducing chance of operator error
- Quik-Lok cap and bottom sub can be used as circulating swage
All Argus Cement Heads have the following features:
- Replaceable bottom sub or saver nipple:
- Can be provided with any API or Premium Connection including Hunting Energy Services, IPSCO Inc., NS Connection Technology, Tenaris and VAM Services
- Allows Argus Cementing Heads to be used in various connection applications
- Prolongs Cement Head life
- 2" 15000 PSI hammer union manifold Inlets
- Provided with lifting hook and cap
- Manufactured from forged or wrought alloy steel
- Hydro tested to 150% of maximum allowable working pressure
